LMKL RULES					LMKL RULES        A great league has to have good rules in place that take into account the variations that occur during a normal Fantasy League Year. Here is a rule system that we have devised over the last 6 years of our league.

				Keep in mind we are constantly tweaking some rules to better our league. All LMKL owners are encouraged to submit to the league commissioner changes they would like incorporated into the league. The requests will be reviewed by the commissioner committee , and if the program allows, will submit the idea to a vote. Approval by simple majority of the voting teams is required for a change to occur. All League owners have the right to vote for a rule change. Majority wins. Add-on Rules will be posted in the [Other Rule Clauses] link I will amend the bylaws as we go to correct any grey areas or lack of definition in the rules.  I will keep everyone informed on any changes that occur via e-mail or the message board or both. I will also ask everyone to participate in the discussion and polls as much as possible. The league commissioner will have final say on any ruling to settle conflicts and/or disputes. I will always rule on the INTENT of the rule, not the SEMANTICS of the rule.
